After gaining a full picture of the business process and client needs, I recognized that a centralized online portal would be useful for customers to track their engagement progress, and would also help our internal team with consistent reporting across lengthy projects. Company leadership agreed and I worked with a team to define the modules, data, charts, graphs and other content to include in the tool. Over the course of several months, we designed of the user interface and portal brand along with accompanying materials. Displaying the data in a more user-friendly way led to increased trust and a new source of revenue. Having an understanding of what the portal needed to be useful to clients made for a product that keeps users coming back.
