The ACC brand was ready to pivot to build trust with Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. In the role of Marketing and Branding Director, I worked with company leadership to re-define the brand and create all communications for the business and several subsidiaries. Using strategic design thinking, I aim to improve operational workflow cross functionally. Working with other team members, I evaluate processes and pricing structures, aiming for reduced time to monetization and an increase in profitability for each client.
I lead committees to develop innovative sales ideas and created an online dashboard that served as a fresh source of revenue. Conceptualize, design, create and maintain the corporate website along with all client-facing materials. Serve as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Committee and lead sub-committees responsible for affecting company culture, business and product decisions.
