The ACC brand was ready to pivot to build trust with Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. In the role of Marketing and Branding Director, I re-defined the brand and create all aspects and communications for the business and several subsidiaries. I employe strategic design thinking to improve operational workflow across departments. Working with leadership, I evaluate processes and pricing structures, aiming for reduced time to monetization and an increase of profitability on each client.
I lead committees to develop innovative sales ideas and created an online dashboard that served as a fresh source of revenue. Conceptualize, design and create the corporate website along with all client-facing materials to accelerate the pipeline and close deals. Serve as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Committee and lead sub-committees responsible for affecting company culture, business and product decisions.
