After developing a detailed understanding of ACC’s business processes and client needs, I identified an opportunity to create a centralized digital portal where customers could track project progress, review savings and engagement data, and access consistent reporting throughout lengthy consulting engagements.

Working with company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, I helped define the product vision, including the portal’s modules, dashboards, data visualizations, reporting tools, and overall user experience. We partnered with a New York City-based development firm to bring the concept to life, collaborating closely throughout the design and development process.

I led the portal’s brand, user interface, information architecture, and customer experience, translating complex consulting data into a clear, visually engaging platform that made project information easier to understand and navigate. The portal was designed to improve transparency, support more consistent internal reporting, deepen client relationships, and create an additional revenue opportunity for the business.

The work brought together customer insight, product strategy, brand development, data visualization, stakeholder alignment, and external development partnership to move a complex digital concept from initial opportunity through design and execution.
