Alliance Cost Containment
Enterprise Brand Strategy • Growth & Market Positioning • Client Experience • Digital Product Strategy • Executive Communications
During nearly ten years at Alliance Cost Containment (ACC), I helped shape the company’s evolution from a growing consulting firm into a nationally recognized cost optimization partner serving Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and other complex organizations. Working directly with executive leadership, I led the development and ongoing evolution of the corporate brand, ensuring it reflected the sophistication of the clients the company served.
My role extended well beyond traditional marketing. I directed brand strategy, communications, digital marketing, thought leadership, sales enablement, conference materials, executive and board presentations, client relationships, and the corporate website. I independently designed, built, and managed the corporate website, partnered with external SEO specialists, led the Salesforce implementation from a marketing perspective, managed creative vendors and contractors, and collaborated closely with business development and client relationship teams to align messaging with strategic priorities. I also created and managed four distinct brands, including the ACC brand, a national YMCA Purchasing Group, the Long John Silver’s National Purchasing Cooperative, and National DCP purchasing programs.
The work also included digital product development. After identifying a need for clearer client reporting and greater project transparency, I conceived Dash, a customer-facing portal for tracking engagement progress, spending, savings, and other project data. Working with internal stakeholders and a New York City-based development firm, I worked with the team to define the modules, reporting tools, data visualizations, user experience, and portal brand from concept through development.
As the company expanded, the brand evolved alongside it. The work helped strengthen ACC’s market presence, support new business development, deepen client relationships, and provide a scalable foundation for continued growth. Several featured projects throughout this portfolio, including Dash, YMCA Purchasing Group, and the Long John Silver’s Purchasing Cooperative, were developed during my tenure at ACC.
